Her role is responsible for the strategy and delivery of hiring talent across InterQuest, ECOM, RDW and evolve across the UK, US and Netherlands. Roles range from Recruitment Consultants (all levels), Account Management, Client Management, Talent Acquisition, Directors, and shared services.
With over 20 years of experience within the recruitment industry, Julie is well positioned to offer career advice to experienced recruiters as well as supporting individuals looking to start a career in recruitment. Julie has a very honest and open approach, giving a clear insight into the culture of the firm and securing talent who share the groups drive for success and values.

Joe has worked at ECOM since 2012, he’s one of the founding members of the Manchester team and has progressed all the way from Junior Consultant to Associate Director.
As an Associate Director, he’s responsible for both leading a team of recruiters and helping Manchester’s most recognisable tech brands to build their software engineering teams, with a focus on modern Microsoft, JavaScript and Cloud technologies.

Michelle is the Director of InterQuest’s Risk, Regulation and Compliance practice. Michelle has spent the last 18 years investing in her reputation within risk and compliance in financial services. In addition to leading a team of consultants, Michelle has a strong track record of partnering with many of the UK’s leading banks, challenger banks and fintech clients to deliver search mandates for senior talent. Michelle also hosts InterQuest’s C-Suite focused industry events and CRO series.

Anna is a Managing Consultant within InterQuest’s Risk, Regulation and Compliance business. Following a successful time with the business in the UK, Anna is now based in our new Amsterdam office where she is tasked with continuing to grow InterQuest’s client base. In addition to InterQuest’s larger banking clients, Anna primarily supports fast-growing fintech clients within digital assets, crypto, banking, cards and payments to scale at pace by delivering high-performing talent. Anna has successfully built senior risk leadership teams and wider risk teams for clients. Successful European mandates include; Head of Operational Risk, Head of Fraud, Head of Financial Risk (crypto exchange), Credit Risk Director (fintech bank), Head of Credit Risk (fintech lender), and Head of Regulation (fintech lender).

Talia joined the RDW US team in 2018 as an Associate Partner – she is an expert in Human Resources as well as Technology. She combines her love for people with her passion for everything tech.
Prior to joining RDW US, Talia spent six year as part of the HR department of a Big4 Management Consultancy where she worked as a Resourcing Business Partner, and Diversity and Inclusion Lead. In this role, Talia assisted the firm with workforce planning as well as talent attraction and worked directly with senior leadership to bridge the firm's diversity gap.
In early-2021, Talia was promoted to Head of the US Practice and Diversity & Inclusion Lead at RDW US where she continues to utilise her managerial expertise in motivating and inspiring a team of high performing individuals.
