8 hero’s of InterQuest undertake the 4-4-48 challenge for Macmillan

On Friday 5th March, beginning 8 pm, 8 #InterQuestHeroes will take on the 4-4-48 challenge!
Made famous by David Goggins, 4-4-48 is running 4 miles, every 4 hours for 48 hours.
That means 12 runs, 48 miles over 48 hours, running through the night, no more than 3 hours rest at a time! It will be a physical challenge sure, but the mental challenge may be the toughest!
This massive effort will all be for a good cause, as all money raised will go to MacMillan Cancer Support. The heroes running for this amazing cause are:
