Hi, there, my name is Paul Fraser, and I'm the Managing Director of the ENE practice within InterQuest Group. I've been with the company since 2004, which is a long time in the recruitment world.
We've seen some excellent times since I've joined, as well as some bad times and our practice has continued to grow year on year.
Where are you located?
The ENE practice is located in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, which is about 30 minutes from Euston on the train.
It's a vibrant market town with some excellent amenities, including some great bars and restaurants.
What’s it like working at InterQuest Group?
ENE's culture is one of a work hard play hard mentality, everyone plays a part in team success in a lively, raucous but professional office environment where all the team respect and encourage each other.
The team are very close-knit and enjoy each other's company. Not only during office hours but outside too.
We participate in the group's incentive schemes and I regularly run localised incentives.
For meals out, extra holiday days, social events, lunches and team events i.e., away days.
What is your key market?
ENE specialises in ESM, which is Enterprise Service Management, IT Service Management, Networks, which is everything telecoms and ERP across the globe.
We focus mainly on EMEA and the USA, where we are market leaders in these disciplines and niche markets.
We realised continued growth over the last ten years, and we offer a competitive advantage by being subject matter experts rather than just continuously recruiters. We can actually offer consultative advice to both candidates and clients alike.
What types of roles do you offer candidates?
We work across multiple levels of candidates across all roles in the vertical markets we specialise in mainly focusing on contract, permanent and fixed-term opportunities.
