ECOM are partnered with a leading UK company to find a well experienced Business Analyst here in Manchester.
Join our clients team in Manchester as a Business Analyst on a permanent basis!
They're seeking someone to assist in the design, development, and implementation of data products and services across the organisation. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to understand their requirements and transform them into actionable data solutions. Your focus will be on analysing various data sources and structures to guide the design of these products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement comprehensive data products.
- Analyse data sources and structures to inform product and solution design.
- Manage the identification and preparation of backlog items for delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project roadmaps.
- Lead workshops and participate in daily stand-ups and project meetings.
- Gain insights into business needs and recommend suitable digital technologies and data solutions.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of data architecture and technologies, including business intelligence concepts.
- Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in facilitating system or service design processes.
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a mix of office and remote work. You will be required to work from Manchester city centre at least once per week and on short notice.
