Data Quality & Controls Manager

The Role:

Build, maintain, and enhance data quality and integrity controls using SAS

Ensure compliance with BCBS239 and internal data management policies

Manage a small data quality team and lead project workstreams

Partner with business teams to enhance the value of data quality across the company

Support monthly data quality reporting and risk management initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong technical/managerial expertise in SAS (Power BI experience is a plus)

✔ Proven experience in data quality control design and implementation

✔ Project management experience in Data Quality solutions

✔ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

✔ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and within a team
