Head of Operational Risk - Retail Banking

Are you a Senior Risk professional wanting to run the Operational Risk function for a growing London based Retail Bank?

It is an exciting time to be part of the impact for a bank going through positive change.

Reporting to the CRO, you will form part of the Risk Leadership Team as a hands-on Head of Risk.

Summary of the role incl. (not exhaustive):

• Lead, manage and act as the Bank's Operational Risk SME
• Enhance / Introduce a a proportionate and evolving ORMF, factoring;
• RCSAs, Risk events, Risk Reporting, Business and Horizon Risks
• Promote a mature the Risk Culture, bringing stakeholders and colleagues 'on the journey'
• ICAAP - manage the scenario process linked to the Enterprise and Operational Risk Framework
• Attendee and report at relevant committees

To be considered, you will have the following experience.

• Experienced BCOB, CONC, MCOB or related FCA handbook experience
• Developed ORMFs, ideally in the above environments
• Influential stakeholder management, reporting and presenting skills
