Join Our Team as a Wholesale IRB Credit Risk Consultant!

Are you a credit risk expert with global exposure, looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a number of dynamic Wholesale IRB Credit Risk Consultants at different levels to bring technical expertise and strategic insights to our clients team.

Salary: 50,000-140,000 EUR DOE

What You'll Bring to the Table:

✅ 5-10 years of management consulting experience in financial services or banking, specializing in risk management, credit risk, or risk modelling.

✅ Proven hands-on experience in Wholesale IRB Credit Risk Model Development—not just reviews or audits.

✅ Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SAS, R, SQL, and expertise in data structures.

✅ In-depth knowledge of local and international regulations in financial services, particularly in PRA/ECB supervision.

✅ A strong quantitative background and analytical mindset applied to risk management in banking.

✅ Additional experience in areas like ICAAP/ILAAP, risk appetite, stress testing, capital management, or strategic planning is a plus.

✅ A master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Physics) is essential.

✅ Fluent English required; knowledge of German or Spanish is a bonus.
