What You'll Do:

• Provide expert legal advice across a range of commercial, corporate, and financial services matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic legal and regulatory issues.
• Lead and contribute to key projects, including new product development and commercial opportunities.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth.
• Stay ahead of legal developments, ensuring compliance and delivering impactful training.

⚖️ About You:

• UK-qualified solicitor with a proven track record in commercial law and financial services.
• Strong knowledge of English contract law and the ability to draft and negotiate agreements confidently.
• Solutions-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to legal advice and problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication skills—able to present legal risks and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated environments and a keen interest in financial services.
