Organisational Design Consultant

IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be supporting one of key clients who are a leader in their sector with the recruitment of an Organisational Design Consultant for a period of 4 months, paying up to £800 per day inside of IR35 working fully remotely.

The role reports into the Org effectiveness director and you will advise on organisational design and structures.

What is expected of the Organisational Design Consultant?

• Advise on organisational design and structures
• Advise on work design choices
• Develop and implement a process for organisational diagnostics
• Prioritise and then implement the portfolio of of organisational design interventions, including Required capacity and Capabilities, and behavior's
• Ensure organisational interventions are successful by implementing and leading on relevant change management processes
• Maintain the health across all organisation design interventions by implementing strong focus on Governance and periodic measurement of the success of our interventions

What we look for in an Organisational Design Consultant?

• Experience working in a similar role

• Experience working in fast paced, complex sectors

• Experience leading and implementing change management processes
