We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to support our clients Credit Risk function with project management activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced project team and play a key role in driving successful project delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support for Projects: Assist the programme manager and project team with various administrative tasks to support project activities
- Data and Presentation Solutions: Produce data solutions that effectively communicate key information and support decision-making processes
- Programme Data and Intelligence: Acquire and evaluate data, providing valuable insights to enhance decision-making and programme deliver
- Monthly Invoice and Financial Tracking: Manage and reconcile monthly invoices against the project’s financial tracker.
- Project Spend Collation: Collate and maintain up-to-date financials for external, internal, and IT resources. Reconcile monthly spend against cost centre record
- expense Management and Processing: Collate expenses and submit for approval and processinG.
- Business Case Development: Assist in building business cases for presentation to senior stakeholder
- Compliance & Risk Management: Operate in alignment with the Bank’s Risk Management framework, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in project management or working within a PMO
- Familiarity with project management software such as PMP and JIRA
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in financial tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
