Project Manager - Planned works Social Housing

Project Manager - Planned works social housing - £450 a day inside IR35 - London/ Hybrid

The purpose of this role is:

To manage a programme of major housing Capital and improvement projects, from identification through to completion, including development, planning, briefing, co-ordination, monitoring and control, usually within a ‘partnering’ relationship, so as to secure effective outcomes which meet the councils objectives.

You will need to have previous experience project managing planned works within social housing such as roofing, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, cyclical decorations, lifts, etc., and/or experience on fire remediation/building safety works, such as fire doors, compartmentation, cladding, etc.
