Risk & Compliance Manager (SOx & Internal Audit)

We’re looking for a dynamic Risk & Compliance Manager to lead and shape our clients risk management strategy, drive SOx compliance, and enhance our internal audit processes. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring we stay ahead of regulatory requirements while supporting key decision-makers across the organisation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead risk strategy: Implement and refine risk management processes across the business.
• Collaborate with senior leadership: Work closely with top decision-makers to set risk appetite and influence key strategies.
• SOx & audit execution: Oversee SOx controls, manage internal audits, and continually improve compliance frameworks.
• Drive business continuity: Ensure our disaster recovery and crisis management plans are robust and ready to go.
• Compliance champion: Ensure every department is meeting regulatory standards and deliver key insights to the Board.

What You'll Bring:

• Qualified accountant with a strong assurance background.
• Experience with SOx frameworks and internal audit.
• Confident preparing and presenting reports to senior leaders.
• Tech-savvy, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of IT controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
