A growing and dynamic consulting firm is seeking a number of highly skilled Consultants and Senior Consultant's to join their advisory team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored governance, risk, and compliance solutions for clients within regulated sectors, while contributing to business development initiatives and market-leading thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of bespoke solutions to support clients in meeting their regulatory and operational obligations.
- Deliver high-quality client-facing materials such as training, reports, presentations, and project plans.
- Provide regulatory and conduct risk expertise to support ongoing engagements and new opportunities.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including sales bids, webinars, roundtables, and industry insights.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, driving quality client delivery while supporting business growth.
- Manage and foster relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring excellent client account management.
- Support strategic initiatives and work collaboratively across business functions to drive success.
