About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our clients thriving ServiceNow Operations team. You'll be a key player in configuring and supporting our critical IT Service Management system, built on ITIL principles and serving internal teams, customers, and third parties worldwide. Your expertise will ensure they deliver high-quality, standardized solutions that meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop & Enhance: Design, build, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operate, GIS) to analyse requirements, document progress, and ensure compliance.
• Lead & Mentor: Provide expert guidance to junior colleagues and act as a role model for technical excellence.
• Maintain Security: Adhere to and enforce Information Security Policies.
• Agile Delivery: Work within Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
• Take Ownership: Proactively resolve technical and business issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

What You'll Bring:

• ServiceNow Mastery: Deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices and a minimum of 5 years' proven experience on medium-to-large scale platforms.
• Web Technologies Proficiency: At least 3 years' experience with XML, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, and other web/platform technologies.
• ITSM Expertise: Extensive experience in IT Service Management.
• Desirable Skills: Experience with Field Service Management, Security Incident Module, and/or HR Service Management.
• SaaS Savvy: Experience working in a SaaS environment.
• Communication & Organization: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Highly organized and meticulous.
• Agile Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively within Agile frameworks.
• Proactive & Responsible: Ability to take full ownership of tasks and drive solutions.
