ServiceNow Business Process Consultant/Business Analyst (Contract) - Location: USA (Remote Available but must be US based)

You must be based in the US, either a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered for this position

Rate: $90/hr C2C

Contract Length: 3-6 months with extension

Our client are a global ServiceNow implementation partner based in the US focusing on Fortune 500 companies and they are seeking highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant/Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. You will play a critical role in analysing, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to optimize business processes for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and strong business analysis skills.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for ServiceNow development teams.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.
• Design and configure ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are effectively implemented.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including [List specific modules e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR].
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story creation.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
