ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant (Contract) - USA (Remote Available but must be US based)

You must be based in the US, either a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered for this position.

Rate: $90/hr C2C

Contract Length: 3-6 months with extension

Our client are a global ServiceNow implementation partner based in the US focusing on Fortune 500 companies and they are seeking highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultants to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations and enhancements for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and reports within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including [mention specific modules like ITSM, CSM, HR, etc.].
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user stories, and test plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant (5+ years preferred).
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and functionalities.
  • Strong experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), web services (REST, SOAP), and integrations.
  • Expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, or other relevant modules).
  • Experience with ServiceNow development tools and best practices.
